It would make sense to place suggestion papers next to suggestion box,rather then having to ask reception.
patient board system not working.
No sign saying- not working-patients worry they have missed appt.
No provisional arrangements-eg. Receptionists calls out details etc.

My wife and I would be very unhappy if we were no longer able to see doctors at south westminster centre for health as, since Denbigh Street closed, it has become more convenient for us, particularly if we are not feeling too well. We have spoken to other patients who also lived nearer to Denbigh Street and they also feel the same.
